Sino Ortho developed a custom buccal tube with 12° built-in buccolingual torque for a customer’s banded first-molar application. The tube is supplied prewelded to the molar band and features a 0.57 × 0.80 mm internal opening and a compact 4.00 mm tube length. After sample approval, the customer proceeded with a bulk order. This configuration remains an OEM/ODM product rather than a standard retail item.

Sino Ortho's extra-large lingual button is a bondable orthodontic attachment measuring 7.8 × 4 × 4.4 mm, compared with 4 × 3 × 2.15 mm for the standard version. Its enlarged mesh base and engagement head are designed to provide more bonding area and easier elastic engagement. Originally developed for a customer and purchased in bulk, it is now available as a regular specification, with further OEM/ODM customization also available.
